The fluoroplastics alloy is the most outstanding corrosion-resistant material of our times, our FSB and FSB-D series pump use this material, featuring the specially strong corrosive-resistance ability, and do not wear out, there is no toxin to resolve, can transport sour, lye, oxidant and other corrosive medium, extensively used in such trades as chemical industry, petroleum, pharmacy, agriculture chemical, smelting, dyestuffs, papermaking, electroplating, food, etc..
The structure explanation:
Model FSB fluoroplastics alloy pump is consist of pump body, impeller, back cover, seal, support, pump axle, bearing, coupling, bolt, nut, base plate.
1, pump body: steel flanges buried on left and right sides which is made by moulded plastic alloy.
2, back cover: a stainless steel board (1Cr18Ni9Ti) buried on the right side which is made by moulded plastic alloy.
3, impeller: use connecting axle way, metal axle is moulded by high-quality steel with outside plastic alloy, make impeller and metal connect axle become an organic whole, guarantee axle root and impeller rear bear the rotate torsion force, thus the medium wetted parts are the plastic alloy.
4, machinery seal: Adopt WB2 type, ST type waterless-cooling adjustable seal technology, made by the carborundum, high purity alumina pottery, filled with four fluorine, graphite, etc.
