| QBY Air-operation Diaphragm Pump |
This series of membrane pump is of the newest type. It can pump up liquid that are corrosive, with granules, of high viscosity, volatile, flammable, explosive or virulent and ceramic slip, comfiture, glue water, oil to be regained on the bilge of an oil tanker and so on. Its specifications are similar to those of German WLLDENPUMPS and American MARIOPUMPS. The flow-passing components are made of stainless steel, A-alloy and cast iron; the membrane is made of nitrile rubber, fluoroelastomer, duprene rubber and politetrafluoroethylene respectively towards different liquid.
QBY pneumatic membrane pump adopts pressed air; steam and industrial exhaust gas as power supply. The suction stroke is 7m, the head is 0-50m and the capacity is 0.8-30m3/h, with no stages adjustable.
